You will receive on-going training to aid your personal and professional development. Training is delivered both externally and in-house and covers a wide range of areas which will be tailored to your working environment. Courses include equal opportunities, drug and alcohol awareness, relapse prevention, first aid, and computer use.

You will get 25 days annual leave plus an extra day for every year of service up to a maximum of 30 days in total. In addition to this standard leave you will also get bank holidays. Pen yr Enfys also offers its permanent staff members a pension scheme to which the employer makes a contribution.
