RESIDENTIAL SUPPORTED HOUSING

Our residential housing provides a place for people to live in a safe and supportive environment.

Our tenants are asked to;

  • sign a license or tenancy agreement outlining their rights and responsibilities.
  • make a commitment to their personal development, which includes planning for the future and taking positive steps in their lives
  • adhere to resettlement plans
  • participate in activities to help build confidence and enhance their life skills

Dyfrig House
Providing an alcohol free environment, Dyfrig House is a direct access hostel providing accommodation for 21 homeless. Staff provide support and are on duty 24 hours a day.

Every person has their own room, with two communal lounges and five self catering kitchens. On arrival, individuals are allocated a resettlement worker and are given a resettlement plan to help them identify, plan and realise their personal goals.

Glan yr Afon
Glan yr Afon provides 6 bed, move on accommodation, in an alcohol free environment. Staff provide support during week days, with on-call cover during the night and at weekends. Residents are asked to adhere to resettlement plans.

Glan yr Afon is owned by Taff Housing Association and managed by Pen yr Enfys.

Intermediate Housing
We manage a number of shared houses within the community for people who want to remain alcohol free. Individuals accessing these houses must abe able to live with limited housing management support.

Our intermediate houses are owned by Charter Housing and managed by Pen yr Enfys.
