support for individuals

We provide a variety of treatment and support services to people who think they have, or might have a problem with alcohol or substance use. We also provide support to people who may have concerns about the drinking habits of a friend or relative.

Our services include advice, support, assessment, life skills, housing, treatment and alternative therapies – all tailored to meet the needs of the individual. Residential service and our “Way Beyond Blue” advice and treatment services are delivered by qualified staff who work with individuals to create personal development plans.

At The Fitz, our drop in and activities centre, we provide an alcohol and drug free environment where people can relax and socialise away from every day temptation. The Fitz is linked into our treatment services and offers activities that allow people to build their skills and regain confidence.

The services are organised into a “stepped approach” that allows people to enter and leave at various stages appropriate to their needs.
