We are pleased to announce the launch of a new Gambling intervention service at 53b Fitzhamon Embankment, Cardiff.
Gambling intervention for individuals
This “Tier 2” service will offer screening and brief intervention to people who are experiencing problems because of their gambling and to people who are at risk of developing a gambling problem.
For frontline professionals
We also offer training and education to frontline professionals. Our emphasis is on building awareness, understanding and impact of problem gambling, as well as detecting the early warning signs of people developing a problem.
This service is delivered in partnership with the Addiction Recovery Agency, as part of the Gambling Risk & Harm Minimisation (GRaHM) pilot in South Wales.
